| The Solo |

Featuring the music of Carl Palmer (Emerson Lake and Palmer, Asia etc.)
A film exploring the relationship between music and space by focusing on
a much-maligned musical form: the rock drum solo. Carl Palmer composed and
performed a seris of solos especially for the film. Each solo explores different
aspects of percussion and the inherent complexities within rythm and sound.
The Solo runs for just over 30 mins. A brief sample is shown here.
A DVD and limited edition vinyl LP are available.
